Twe Cases of Leiomyosarcoma in Fundus of the Stomach



Abstract
The leiomyosarcoma originated from the fundus of the stomach is very rare. We could find two cases of the tumor which had a symptom of dizziness, epigastric discomfort nausea, hematemesis, melena, and syncope.
In one case, a 60 year-old male patient has been alive till now after successful removal of the tumor which involved liver, gastric fundus and body.
The other case invelved liver, omentum, pancreas, and peritoneum, which could not be removed successfully by operation, and this 54 year-old male patient was dead in one month after opration.
We¢¥d like to report these cases in the viewpoint of detecting method, histologic finding, clinical finding, with other¢¥s report.
